About the Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building enduring, trusted client relationships with a focus on sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the head of the Client Group to create, own, and execute the Client Account Plan for Avanade, fostering integration with Accenture and Microsoft.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage strategic client relationships and develop relationship management plans.
* Consult with clients to identify needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
* Drive digital innovation and develop annual business plans.
Skills and Experiences
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Resources sectors.
* Strong understanding of client business needs and technology solutions.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
