As a leader in this company, my goal is to ensure each 3Mer sees and feels the positive impact we’re making around the world” - Mike Roman, chief executive officer and chairman, 3M /pulliThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role /li /ulpAs an Inside Sales Representative for Orthodontic products at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. /ppbHere, you will make an impact by : /b /pulliEstablishing and maintaining customer relationship in the assigned geography for Orthodontic products /liliBeing responsible for developing sales through commercial activities, relationships with customers, individual or team product presentations / demonstrations through calls and videocalls /liliBeing responsible for achieving sales quotas and specific Inside Sales KPIs (no. of value added calls, no of touchpoints) /liliExecuting marketing campaigns and undertake the lead qualification process /liliDeveloping a strong knowledge of the orthodontic market, competitors, products, in order to be more competitive and strategic working closely with the local business teams /liliBuilding positive picture of 3M products among current and potential customers /liliCoopoerating proactively with sales team and distributors /liliUsing daily CRM including reporting of activities /liliYour Skills and Expertise /liliUniversity education (Bachelor or Master degree) /liliMinimum 2 year experience in sales (knowledge of Dental / Orthodontic market is an advantage) /liliUnderstanding of sales process and knowledge of selling techniques (remote selling is an advantage) /liliGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and SFDC /liliEnglish language is a must for communication within the team /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills /liliSales driven, perseverance and results oriented /liliAbility to build and maintain good relationship with customers remotely /liliProactiveness in daily work /liliCustomer-focus and listening skills /liliAbility to work and deliver results under pressure /liliCapability to work remotely with high ability to self-motivate /liliAbility to work well within a team /liliEthical approach /liliLocation /liliThis position will be based in Italy /liliPLEASE PROVIDE YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH === /li /ulp3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
