Exyte designs and delivers cutting‑edge facilities for industries such as semiconductors, batteries and life sciences. For our expanding business in Italy, we are looking for a skilled and committed Construction Manager Electrical (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan and oversee complex electrical installations on‑site across the country.
Responsibilities
* Review and evaluate the working methods of electrical subcontractors.
* Verify compliance with design and project specifications.
* Ensure high‑quality execution of electrical installations.
* Monitor progress and adherence to system completion schedules.
* Review test procedures and documentation.
* Coordinate with other site supervisors (mechanical, instrumentation & control, process, etc.).
* Liaise with engineering and technical departments.
* Attend and report on technical meetings with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and maintain inspection checklists, field reports and documentation.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma or university degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Several years of experience in electrical site supervision or construction management.
* Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with medium‑ and low‑voltage systems (transformer stations, switchgear, distribution).
* Experience with fire protection, gas detection and alarm systems.
* Experience with general controls and regulation and building automation (PLCs, regulators, air‑conditioning systems, etc.).
* Strong sense of responsibility and structured work approach.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and work on projects throughout Italy.
* Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
