Job Description:
Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager responsible for developing leading global pricing practices to support business strategy and roadmap. Manages initiatives and projects in scope of pricing & commercial excellence, ensuring cross-region and cross-segment best practices deployment. Collaborates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+5-7 years of experience in Pricing, Marketing or Sales roles. PowerBI/CRM system expertise beneficial. Experience in contributing to similar commercial effectiveness improvement projects a major asset. Proven leadership capabilities and team player. Assessment of large datasets from various sources. Proficiency in multi-country, matrix team environment. Capability in agile methodology. B2B manufacturing industry experience preferred.
