Senior Customer Service Representative Location: Segrate (MI) Working hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (08:00 – 17:00) Contract: Fixed-term until the end of the year, with possibility of extension if the project continues – immediate start Salary: €36,300 (AWD Salary Equivalent) Work model: Mainly on-site, with the possibility of 1 day of remote working The role For a leading multinational company in the scientific sector, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team and will be responsible for managing the full customer service cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a high level of quality.
