The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Energy Industries division in Sesto San Giovanni. You will be mainly accountable for: - Assist the Project Managers in all the project phases, from tender to delivery. - Interact with all functions involved (engineering, procurement, quality, controlling, etc.). - Analyze processes and procedure applied in project execution. - Identify best practice and opportunities for improvement. - Define processes optimizations with the aim to reduce lead time and overall costs. You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role: - You are a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. - Knowledge of Office Package, in particular Excel. - Degree in Management Engineering. - You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
