Atlassian Consultant (completely full remote )
to join a dynamic technology consulting team specializing in Atlassian solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on end -to -end projects across the Atlassian suite, from technical design to production deployment
Key Responsibilities
- Configure & customize Atlassian tools: Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Integrate Atlassian solutions with enterprise systems & third-party applications
- Provide technical support & continuous improvement services
- Advise clients on best practices for Atlassian adoption & process optimization
- Deliver training sessions & workshops for client teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Atlassian products
- Strong ability to analyze business processes & design effective technical solutions
- Proficiency in Java & experience with customization plugins (ScriptRunner )
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- B2 /C1 -level of English
Nice -to -have
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Active participation in the Atlassian community
- Experience with additional collaboration tools (Git, Bamboo )
- Familiarity with other ticketing systems & enterprise environments
Location: completely full remote (Italy-based)
