Your role :
We are committed to saving our planet. You will help us create an exceptional experience for customers and make a positive community impact, using our store as a platform for activism. Our stores support local environmental groups through donations, volunteering, advocacy, and events, and you will be part of this effort.
Main Tasks :
* Welcome, assist, and engage customers to ensure a positive experience, understanding and meeting their needs.
* Address each customer’s specific needs with kindness and creativity, treating everyone with respect and professionalism.
* Share knowledge of core sports, products, and environmental passion to support grassroots groups and engage customers.
* Contribute to the store’s success through customer service, merchandising, operations, events, and activism.
* Handle daily store operations: stock replenishment, operating the cash register, opening and closing, merchandising during downtimes, etc.
What we’re looking for :

* Interest in environmental conservation and making a positive impact through work.
* Experience in customer service, thriving in team environments.
* Enthusiasm for learning about our products, values, and history; passion for the environment and caring for others.
* Ability to handle ambiguity, learn quickly, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems creatively.
* Accuracy with money handling and register use.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
It’s a plus if you also have :
* Experience in retail or outdoor industries.
* Participation or appreciation of core sports like climbing, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, fly fishing, mountain biking, or trail running.

This position is based in Milan, Italy.
Our stores are community hubs that inspire, educate, and engage with environmental and social advocates and outdoor enthusiasts. We support local groups through grants, donations, volunteers, advocacy, and events.
