A protagonist of the main strategic programs globally, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the AFC department of the Electronics for Defense Division, a Program Controller is sought for the Rome Tiburtina office.The *Program Controller* is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of economic-financial results, both historical and forecasted, through the integrated analysis of technical-industrial performance and economic-financial trends, supporting the program/IPT team in evaluating the impacts of business and operational choices and ensuring that decisions made are aligned with the divisional strategy.**Specifically, the resource will be involved in the following activities:*** Participation and Support, from the Offer and Contract Acquisition phase, to ensure compliance with corporate economic-financial objectives to maximize return on invested capital.* Monitoring the economic and financial performance of assigned programs in relation to their planning, with particular attention to aspects related to the progress of activities, verifying and approving the estimation of costs to complete and revenue, invoicing and collection profiles.* Monthly detection and analysis of discrepancies between actual and planned figures for assigned programs, supporting the manager and all IPT members in estimating and defining any corrective actions.* Act as a reference point for project economic-financial planning/control tools and processes.* Ensure cooperation with other AFC Family Structures for the definition, control and accuracy of financial accounting.**Educational Qualification:**Master's degree in one of the following fields:Economics and Commerce/Business Economics/Management Engineering**Seniority:**3-5 years of experience in controlling and/or at least three years of experience also gained in other staff or business functions (Administration, Finance, Program Management)**Technical Skills:*** Competencies in controlling.* Knowledge of administration, finance, and control principles.* Knowledge of the offer process.**IT Skills:**Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel/Power Point); SAP knowledge**Behavioral Skills:*** Ability to work in a team.* Ability to perform one's role independently.* Proactivity and respect for deadlines.* Result-oriented.**Other:**Willingness to travel**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Roma - Via Tiburtina KM12,400**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
