Required ProfileWhat You'll Do
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers in the EMEA region, understanding their needs and recommending the most suitable adhesive solutions.Support customers through lab‐based and field projects, including product validation, industrial trials, data generation, and on‐site technical support.Conduct product testing and performance evaluations to ensure solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations.Work closely with cross‐functional teams (sales, R&D, production and Marketing) to solve complex customer challenges.Communicate product capabilities and performance through technical reports and customer interactions.Deliver technical training programs for sales partners and customers to ensure the successful implementation of new products.Build and maintain external partnerships with OEMs, and represent Arkema Adesivi at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.Travel across Europe to support customer projects and strengthen technical collaboration.
What Makes You a Great Candidate
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field3 + years of experience in technical support within the flexible packaging industryStrong problem‐solving mindset and collaborative approachGood project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce and Power BI is preferredThe ability to thrive and multitask in a metric and performance‐based environmentExperience with Stage‐Gate and leading projects is preferredAble to adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs within a short time frameStrong knowledge of standards and regulations that impact markets and productsFluent in Italian and EnglishProfessional German or German is a strong plusWillingness to travel within Europe for 50% of the timeThis role is located in Mozzate (CO)
