Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Partner to join our organization in a leadership role. This position is open due to growth opportunities that exist within our firm. The individual filling this role would be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles, and providing valuable insights to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of audit procedures, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* A minimum of (10+) years of experience in a public accounting firm
* A bachelors or advanced degree particularly in business or accounting
* Proven track record of managing and leading a team of professionals.
* Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial accounting and audit concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ambition and a desire to advance to a partnership position within our firm.
