Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success: As part of our HQ R&D; team, we are looking for an R&D; Installation Engineer to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL). Reporting directly to the R&D; Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will:
Coordinate teams of jointers to install, timely and with the best quality standards, the accessories required by the contracts Ensure the suitability of accessories to be installed, ensure NWC operating instructions application and control any critical phase of the accessory’s installation Plan activities optimizing the resources and tools assigned to the specific projects of accessories installation with strong focus on the technical aspects Coordinate helpers (subcontracted) on site if required Guarantee compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process
You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are
Technical Degree in Engineering Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) Knowledge and familiarity with basic and common software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use Willingness to travel, including abroad Strong communication and interpersonal skills Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
