As a Assistant Events Manager Caruso, A Belmond Hotel you is responsible to support the Events Manager for giving to all guest an unique service.
Reports to Events Manager.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Manage all guest correspondence and phone communications in strict adherence to our high standards and established procedures.
- Secure and book requested services wedding packages and group booking
- Proactively address client requests, collaborating with Food & Beverage Manager for F&B; services and to the Front Office Manager (FOM) for Rooms Division services.
- Oversee all sales-related administrative duties, including the preparation and dispatch of hotel agreements, the creation and distribution of banquet event orders, and the facilitation of weekly operational meetings.
- Facilitate the successful execution of wedding events by expertly selling the hotel's exclusive banquet venues and services, in close collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager. Ensure all group events hosted at the hotel consistently meet our stringent quality standards
Requirements
- communication clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally) that positively impacts on their role, the business and Belmond
- Show the ability to be aware of, control and express ones emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships.
- Positive influence, provides assistance and shares information whilst showing respect.

- Fluency in Italian and English.
