ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present dishes following brand recipes and standards.
Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure fluid, coordinated service.
Supervise and support Commis, ensuring adherence to correct processes.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene, respecting all food-safety regulations.
Continuously monitor dish quality before departure.
Participate in briefings and collaborate with team for seamless service.
QualificationsMinimum 2 years as Chef de Partie, preferably in fusion and fine-dining restaurants.
Passion for creative cuisine and attention to detail.
Team spirit, energy, and positive attitude.
Fluent in Italian and English.
