Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Logistic Support Analyses for new build projects within ISR, coordinating with engineering and RAMS functions to capture maintenance-influencing information. You shape design for serviceability and predictive maintenance, supporting services readiness for equipment. You work across projects and with suppliers to ensure LSA deliverables, planning, and lifecycle cost targets are met. This position offers international exposure and a meaningful impact on maintenance strategies for rail systems.

* Lead the implementation of the LSA process and deliver contractual LSA outputs across projects
* Consolidate customer requirements in alignment with reference libraries and develop the LSA management plan
* Execute LSA studies and deliverables throughout project phases according to the plan
* Monitor planning, cost, and quality of LSA content and report to project and ISR management
* Coordinate with other metier/functional teams to ensure smooth LSA interfaces
* Validate supplier commitments and drive continuous improvement of deliverables, costs, and maintenance demonstrations
* Ensure consistency of ISR package components (spare parts, maintenance docs, etc.) for LCC performance
* Support ISR Design Reviews and work-package reviews for LSA content
* Produce LSA KPI dashboards focused on life cycle costs
* Escalate and manage issues to meet product and project targets
* Promote standard ISR practices and capture data to improve QCD for future projects
Responsabilità
* Strong experience in LSA processes, standards, and tools
* Technical knowledge on maintainability and RAMS/DfS concepts
* Minimum 2 years for LSA Senior Engineer or 4 years for LSA Project Lead Engineer in engineering roles or WP management
* Direct customer interfacing experience
* English working level; other languages a plus
