What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… Plan and monitor production activities, establishing production priorities based on business needs and customer requirements. Manage production scheduling based on available resources (personnel, machinery, materials). Collaborate with technical and engineering departments to ensure all technical specifications and quality requirements are met. Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials needed for production. Monitor and update production schedules, considering changes in lead times or business priorities. Prepare reports and documentation related to production planning and progress for management and other departments. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during production activities. Support the team in managing production resources and preventive maintenance of equipment. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent (or relevant prior experience). At least 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in engineering or oil & gas. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning techniques, and management tools (e.g., ERP, production management systems). Good knowledge of major analysis and reporting tools (Excel, planning software). Good knowledge of mechanical technical drawing and ability to use different types of design software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and results orientation. Knowledge of the English language (preferred).
