Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the financial performance of the Business Banking division, driving revenue, cost control, and profitability. You’ll partner with Finance Business Advice to ensure accurate reporting and consistent methodologies while supporting strategic decision‑making. You will build budgets, forecasts, and scenarios to inform investments and pricing decisions, helping shape the long‑term growth of the unit. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role within a forward‑looking, international bank that values disciplined financial management and continuous process improvement.

* Monitor income and cost performance for the Business Banking portfolio
* Provide insights on revenue streams, pricing, margins and profitability drivers
* Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans for the division
* Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models for decision support
* Create and validate robust financial models with clear assumptions
* Collaborate with Finance Business Advice for consistent reporting and methodologies
* Engage with Procurement to evaluate vendor proposals and optimize spending
* Support cross‑functional projects with financial evaluation and reporting
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting frameworks
Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Finance
* 4-7 years in financial controlling, business partnering, or FP&A in banking/financial services
* Strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills
* Understanding of income dynamics, cost drivers, procurement processes, and business case development
* Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams
