The bIGT-D International /b team covers all markets bexcept North America and Japan /b, with a business model split between: /p ul li60% Direct Sales /li li40% Distributor Sales /li /ul pThe bField Service Team /b is organized around bIGT-D Modality Managers or Technical Support Specialists /b, who have a broader scope than local Field Service Engineers (FSEs). /p h3Your Role /h3 h3Technical Installation Support /h3 ul liAct as Tier 2/3 support for Market IGT-S and Distributor FSEs. /li liSupport Project Managers in creating picking lists for installations. /li liConduct pre-installation visits across international markets. /li liExecute complex installations, Field Change Orders (FCOs), and repairs. /li liRamp up remote connectivity and First Time Right (FTR) installations in your region. /li /ul h3Training Certification /h3 ul liProvide technical training to IGT-S and Distributor FSEs. /li liCertify cross-trained IGT-S and Distributor FSEs for installations. /li /ul h3Sales Customer Support /h3 ul liOffer technical sales support to Sales Managers. /li liDeliver preventative maintenance, modifications, and technical service. /li liManage customer relationships through timely communication and service delivery. /li /ul h3Escalation Quality Management /h3 ul liElevate severe escalations to Senior Leadership (BU and Market). /li liConduct root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions. /li liEnsure accurate service records, especially for test results and complaints. /li liSubmit timely reports, job sheets, expense claims, and other documentation. /li liHandle both safety and non-safety related complaints, utilizing escalation processes and/or problem management, with a demonstrated sense of urgency to improve customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3You Are The Right Fit If You Have /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electronics, preferably in Medical Devices; /li liField service experience, ideally in medical imaging; /li liStrong IT knowledge: hardware, OS, networking; /li liExcellent English communication skills; /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively; /li liWillingness to travel internationally (up to 40%); /li liBased in Italy, preferably in the North but not mandatory. /li /ul h3How We Work Together /h3 pField roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. /p h3About Philips /h3 pWe are a health technology company.
