Monitors sales, margins costs, looking for sales improvement, cost reduction, working capital and cash generation opportunities; /liliContributes on the proposal to management of action plans and offers insights on business decisions; /liliPromotes a finance culture that is conscious of return on investment, cost of capital and cash-flow generation; /liliDrives targets setting and budget, orchestrates budget forecast campaigns, monitors their execution in consistency with group guidances and process; /liliEnsures an accurate and independent view of the financial situation of his/her perimeter (financial results and forecasts over reporting periods); /liliAnalyzes deviations and performance variances (Sales, Cost of Sales, etc.) and provides with fact-based explanations; /liliIdentifies and assesses risks opportunities; mitigates risks, manages crisis and exceptional initiatives in his/her scope; /liliContributes to review of PL and working capital statements and consolidation packages reported to the Group; /liliContributes to definition of ‘management reporting analysis’ standards and demands to be serviced by Reporting Analytics organization; /liliSupport monthly closing and financial reporting processes; /liliPerform task on the ERP such as costing calculation and specific reports for company functions; /liliSupport internal/external audits. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Finance or Controlling; /lili5 year of professional experience in Business controlling; /liliKnowledge of Accounting principles; /liliVery good command of all relevant business intelligence tools as well as Office programmes and analysis tools relevant to the job.
