Job Description:
The selected candidate will be integrated into a structured environment that, in collaboration with colleagues, will primarily handle assistance and support activities for various client requests.
The products managed by the company, including life-saving drugs and biological components, require special attention and a constant, active, and precise customer service response.
Activities include:
* Customer assistance for companies, hospitals/Nursing Homes, and direct patients.
* Order and shipment management
* Handling returns and warehouse support
* Scheduling pickup requests
* Daily use of internal management software to monitor shipments
Requirements:
* High school diploma;
* Preferably prior experience in the transportation sector or warehouse office activities;
* Basic knowledge of English (B2);
* Good knowledge of main IT tools;
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
* Must own a vehicle.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00
