You will act as a key partner to our Value Stream Managers, navigating local regulations and internal KPIs to maintain a workplace that prioritizes well‑being alongside operational success. /p pThis is a bfixed-term position (estimated 12 months) /b to provide temporary cover, based in bMinerbio (Bologna), Italy /b. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment, implementation and maintenance of a system for hazard identification and risk assessment on existing and new processes and equipment. /li liCoordinate and support the closure of health and safety root causes and risk assessments in alignment with value stream safety representative(s). /li liDevelop, implement and maintain a system for accident/safety incident investigation which would include detailed reporting and corrective action. /li liDevelop, implement and maintain a system to ensure all statutory inspections and audits are carried out and records are maintained by relevant personnel. /li liDevelop, implement and maintain a system whereby monthly KPI statistics are complete and communicated in a timely manner. /li liCase management of all incidents and accidents, including work related disabilities (malattie professionali) and work related stress reporting and actions. /li liAnalyse the working stations in view of minimising the health and safety impact on employees, contributes, together with HR and operations, in managing the cases of employees not able to perform in a position for physical limitations. /li liProvides solutions to meet both the mandatory legal requirements and the continuous improvement of the operations (efficiency and effectiveness). /li liAnalyse the near misses and the incidents to generate solutions able to prevent incidents. /li liIn charge of HSE kpis and related reporting. /li liDeploy all the processes and procedures required global corporate and local laws/local certifications requirements. /li liOrganises training for the employees to meet legal /corporate requirements. /li liDevelop a Safety First Culture which includes specific communications and initiatives to embed safety in the daily culture and behaviours. /li liContributes to the development and deployment of the strategy to reach sustainability target. /li liLiaising closely with the appropriate legal and insurance bodies and keeping senior management updated in a timely manner. /li liLead on-site EHS improvement, awareness and engagement programmes. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liQualification as RSPP /li li3-5 years of experience in an HSE role in manufacturing environment /li liExperience in management of ISO 45001 and ISO14001 requirements /li liSafety First attitude and thinking /li liItalian mother tongue /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer you a position in a global organisation where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
