ABB E‑mobility is looking for a QMS Manager to own and evolve our global Quality Management System - ensuring consistent performance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the entire organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Govern and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring alignment with ABB global procedures and ISO‑based standards
- Maintain QMS documentation, including process landscape, policies, procedures, templates, and document control
- Promote risk‑based thinking and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Lead the internal audit program and coordinate external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findings
- Oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring containment, solid root‑cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions
- Drive Management Reviews, consolidate performance insights, and monitor QMS KPIs
- Improve QMS systems, workflows, and data quality to support effective reporting
- Deliver QMS training and awareness programs, coaching teams and process owners
- Act as the central interface for QMS topics across sites and functions, collaborating with Quality, Operations, Engineering/R&D;, Supply Chain, HSE, and Project teams
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or comparable technical field
- 5+ years of experience in QMS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technology‑driven environments
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 is a plus
- Experience leading internal/external audits and managing NC/CAPA processes
- Auditor certification preferred
- Availability to travel 10–20%
