Pb2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants /b /ppThe DTC / Revenue Manager will optimize every aspect of direct-to-consumer sales and expanding revenue opportunities beyond current avenues, with the goal of maximizing revenue and enhancing the customer shopping experience leading to improvement of customer engagement. They will define the DTC strategy across the various channels, including pricing planning, promotions and customer engagement, on-site opportunities, wine shop growth, hospitality needs, and more, while continuously monitoring performance to ensure business growth and sustainability. /ppbWhat you will do : /b /pulliScale direct-to-consumer sales through the existing DTC channels (Wine Shop and Wine Club) and new DTC channels defining and executing tailor-made strategies /liliIncrease customer engagement and outreach to create a deeper connection with customers and generate more traffic / interest towards the historic winery in Castiglione Falletto and Langhe, especially during the low season /liliIncrease long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through audience segmentation and customer loyalty, promoting loyalty programs, personalized offers, targeted communications, or potential referral programs /liliIdentify additional revenue opportunities by collaborating with the other companies of the Group and potential external partners, including Tour Operators /liliDevelop strategies for exclusive events targeted at Wine Club members in order to attract new customers and encourage loyalty. Develop new experiences (Tours Tastings) /liliDefine pricing strategies for the various DTC channels (wine club, physical stores) to maximize value for the customer and revenue for the company, in cooperation with the Sales Managers /liliMonthly analysis of wine allocations versus sales and warehouse stock management /liliPerformance and sales data monitoring /liliCreate DTC / Revenue tools that can be used across the wine portfolio; assist in development of DTC / revenue programming throughout the portfolio as needed to hand off to individual wineries /li /ulpbWho we are looking for : /b /pulliAt least 5 years of experience in a winery as a DTC expert, in food / beverage and related fields /liliIdeal background studies in Economics or Communications / Viticulture / Oenology or equivalent work experience /liliExperience in customer engagement strategy /liliProven ability to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities /li /ulpbMinimum Skills and / or Knowledge Required /b /pulliKnowledge of wine and the broader wine world /liliStrategic thinking and commercial acumen /liliAvailability to travel nationally and internationally for short trips /liliAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and hospitality /liliStrong analytical skills to monitor DTC performance, understand trends, and optimize pricing strategies, margin analysis, and real-time performance using advanced analytics tools /liliAbility to adapt to an evolving business and proactively identify growth opportunities /liliExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment /liliKnowledge of CRM tools /liliEnologia’ software knowledge is a plus /liliExcellent knowledge of English (other languages appreciated – German is a plus) /li /ulpbAbout Our Group /b /ppVietti is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
