To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Procurement Project Buyer & Back Office to join our Procurement Unit, support day-to-day procurement activities and related administrative processes for direct materials. You will contribute to supplier communication, purchasing activities, data accuracy in company systems and sourcing initiatives that support the development of innovative products for space.

DUTIES
As a Junior Procurement Project Buyer & Back Office, working closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management stakeholders, you will support operational and project-related procurement activities, ensuring accuracy, continuity of supply, and alignment with company procedures.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Support operational purchasing activities for goods, materials and services;
- Collect and summarize market data (pricing, lead times, availability) to support risk assessment and opportunity identification;
- Support supplier performance monitoring and maintaining vendor documentation;
- Create and follow up on procurement documents such as RFQs, purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery notes, supporting basic compliance checks in line with internal procedures (including export-related documentation when applicable);
- Support procurement integration within projects by keeping information aligned (requests, quotations, lead times) and facilitating internal communication;
- Support the preparation of sourcing inputs for new programs (RFQs, quotation comparisons, supplier shortlists) and assist in documenting sourcing decisions;
- Collect basic cost drivers and data to support value analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Support procurement digitalization activities by using ERP systems and reporting tools, contributing to data consistency and process improvements
- Create and maintain supplier master data, purchasing info records, and procurement parameters within company systems (ERP), ensuring completeness and accuracy;
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field;
- At least 1-2 years of experience, including internships or traineeships, in procurement, supply chain, administration, or similar roles;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in procurement processes and tools (ERP systems, e‑procurement platforms);
- A basic understanding of purchasing documents (RFQs, purchase orders and invoices), as well as cost concepts, with a willingness to develop this knowledge through on-the-job training;
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools;
- Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and traceability;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines;
- Negotiation skills or strong interest in developing negotiation capabilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry or in highly regulated industrial contexts (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar);
- Exposure to project-based organizations or structured procurement processes;
- Interest in digital tools, data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
