The role focuses on aligning IT initiatives with business requirements, ensuring the effective integration of new technologies, optimizing resources, managing project risks, and maintaining clear communicationamong stakeholders. This position contributes directly to the operational excellence of Rhenus Logistics by supporting the successful delivery of innovative and business-critical IT solutions. - Manages the entire lifecycle of an IT project, from gathering functional requirements to monitoring and post-go-live support. - Collaborates with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. - Develops comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements. - Identifies potential risks and challenges that may impact project success. - Facilitates effective communication among project team members and stakeholders at all levels. - Regularly monitors project progress, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyses data to identify deviations from the plan. - Takes corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track. - Ensures projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and best practices. - Prepares regular status reports for management and other stakeholders. - Continuously seeks opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
