Procurement Specialist / Buyer

Your Key Responsibilities
* Request and negotiate supplier quotations to secure optimal commercial and delivery conditions
* Create and issue purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accurate pricing and confirmed delivery dates
* Support management in resolving supply-related issues and ensuring material availability
* Identify opportunities for new components or suppliers and propose corresponding implementation projects
* Collaborate with global procurement teams on cost-saving initiatives and aligned solutions for supply challenges
* Manage supplier and component master data with high accuracy and compliance
* Perform data analytics on spend by supplier, purchase type, and department to support strategic decision-making
Your profile
* Degree in Economics or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (pharmaceutical industry is a plus)
* Strong analytical abilities with solid Excel and reporting knowledge
* Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong time management, organization, and ability to work under pressure
* Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills
* Good English and Italian skills, both written and spoken
