We are currently seeking a tempo parziale Receptionist registered under the Italian protected categories (Law 68/99), even without prior work experience.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day office management
Filing and handling of documents and equipment
Welcoming couriers and suppliers
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset
Basic to intermediate knowledge of English (A2–B1 level), both spoken and written
Working hours
Morning shift (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
