Your responsibilities will span daily routines, stock flow, cash handling, and staff training—always aligned with the Company’s values and operational standards. You will also actively contribute to the opening of new stores, supporting and training managers and teams to deliver the Bottega Veneta retail excellence. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact between Stores and HQ, ensuring prompt resolution of operational issues and consistent adherence to established standards. /liliManage and coordinate regular store orders (e.g. stationery, uniforms, tools, manuals, catalogues, packaging, client books, facilities), consolidating requests and liaising with relevant HQ departments to guarantee timely delivery and service. /liliReport maintenance needs and extraordinary interventions to the local Facility team, coordinating with stores to ensure proper execution and follow-up. /liliCollect and review monthly maintenance checklists from all stores, performing a preliminary assessment to determine escalation needs to the Facility team. /liliCollaborate with the local Health Safety department to gather regulatory updates and support Retail teams in compliance and implementation. /liliAssist stores in resolving IT-related issues and facilitate the escalation process when necessary. /liliServe as the reference point for selected pilot projects within the market, supporting implementation and knowledge sharing across store teams. /liliCoordinate project meetings related to store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring alignment and collaboration with HQ functions and timely follow-up on activities. /liliAct as a liaison between stores and the Inventory Control department, providing feedback on inventory schedules and supporting both teams during major inventory operations. /liliLead the implementation of new procedures and guidelines as per company directives, providing training and supervision to retail teams on operational processes. /liliSupport stores in understanding and executing after-sales processes, ensuring alignment with HQ standards and monitoring performance. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry. /liliStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. /liliProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. /liliSolid project management capabilities, with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership to drive initiatives forward. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and Retail. /liliAutonomous and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. /liliWillingness to travel across Italy and internationally. Primary work location: HQ Milan (3–4 days/week) and in-store visits (1–2 days/week). /liliFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
