We are looking for an EE Vehicle Control Function Owner to join our Body & Vehicle Controls team. The Function Owner is responsible for the system-level definition and development of vehicle motion control functions and propulsion system integration, with a particular focus on speed management strategies, driving mode management, and predictive approaches for fuel and energy consumption optimization.
The Function Owner supports the full lifecycle from concept to release and ensures the vehicle motion control functions deployment across multiple vehicle platforms.

Your Day-to-Day :
* Oversee the functions deployment from concept development to functional release and maintenance
* Support the integration concept with other vehicular functions, ensuring seamless cooperation and system-level performance.
* Converts vehicle level requirements into system functional requirements, optimizing performance and integration
* Develops functional models with the aim to represent behavioral description of the system/subsystems using MBSE methodology
* Defines verification criteria in collaboration with Testing team
* Owns functional contents roll-out plans aligned with project goals defining system requirements delivery milestones and working with supplier/internal SW team and testing team to ensure alignment of SW release plan and test results availability.
* Manages tickets for functional open issues
* Contribute to benchmarking activities by analyzing competitor solutions and functionalities, owns function(s) evolution roadmap
What is mandatory to cover this position:
* Master degree in Control or Electronics Engineering (or similar)
* Solid experience in Vehicle control systems functions and applications in automotive, appreciated experience in Vehicle xrdbqlu Controls, Vehicle Dynamics
* Understanding of Cybersecurity and Functional Safety (ISO 26262) requirements
* Experience in MBSE tools usage (Polarion, Rhapsody)
* Experience in Vehicle dynamics modeling and simulation using Matlab tool (Simulink, Stateflow)
* Fluent in English and experienced in multicultural teams
* Strong relational and negotiation skills, in a wide-open relationship building with various technical departments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment
* Curiosity and open mind in embracing new processes and methodologies
