The purpose of this internship is to support the Manager in implementing Social Media & Event activities.
Key Purpose of the Job
In this role, the Social Media & Event Intern is in charge of supporting the development of online & on-site activities under the supervision of the Manager.
He / She will support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the online activities and in organizing and promoting events and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
He / She also has:
* To support the Manager in implementing and developing digital, social media activities of HQ's social media platform
* To support the Manager in planning and organizing events in all its phases (locations, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.)
* To support the organization of online and on-site activities, to implement brand visibility
* To create and edit content to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events and create reports
* To support the Communication Team in planning social media content
* To support in planning the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant and engaging
* To manage the monthly press review and internal newsletter
* To support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports
Education and skills
* Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in social media management
* English proficiency. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
* A short experience in a similar role is a plus
* Office Suite proficiency; Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools
* Strong interest in fashion, beauty & design area
* Passionate about social media, storytelling and content marketing.
