Experience and Skills:Previous IB teaching experienceExcellent teaching and classroom management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsSignificant attention to detailsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAbility to deal with confidential matters
Languages:Professional working proficiency in EnglishAn additional language is considered a plus
Other:Strong vision and philosophy of education that match the WINS vision and valuesNatural tendency to inspire and generate trust in parentsAbility to work closely with the WINS Team (teachers, staff, ...)
Minimum qualification:A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with specialization in the required subject
