For our site in Pordenone, we’re looking for a Temporary Lead Customer Care! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: The role oversees day‑to‑day business operations and supports the company’s long‑term commercial objectives. It manages customer orders and projects from order entry to invoicing, ensuring technical accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with procedures. The position acts as the key interface with customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal operations, providing high‑quality customer care and project coordination. It also supports reporting, forecasting, export documentation, audits, and international trade activities, including banking and Letters of Credit processes. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Knowledge of export and commercial procedures Fluent in English (written and spoken) 2–4 years of experience in Customer Care or Business Operations preferred International and multicultural experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing preferred
