We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team in Balvano for a curricular internship in Industrial Controlling. Main Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into the world of industrial performance analysis, supporting the evaluation of key KPIs and contributing to the financial heartbeat of the plant. You’ll assist with local administrative tasks, help drive the budget and forecasting processes, and play a part in estimating costs for exciting new projects. It’s a hands-on experience that will give you a real taste of how strategic decisions are made in a fast-paced industrial setting. About You: You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Business Management, Finance, or a related field, and you bring a proactive attitude along with a strong analytical mindset. You are curious about how Controlling operates within a plant environment and can perform effectively under pressure.
