Position: The Trims and Metal Hardware Product Coordinator will support the Trims and Metal Hardware Senior Product Manager across all functional activities, collaborating with the Design Team and the Product Manager for Leather Goods and Accessories. Job responsibilities: - Prototyping & Development:Collaborating with the Design Team to develop prototypes from initial sketches. - 3D Modeling:Managing 3D modeling processes using relevant software. - Supplier Coordination:Liaising with external manufacturers to ensure timely production of high-quality item and ensure prototype and sample production meets planning, timing, and quality expectations. - Technical Specifications:Supporting the creation of technical specifications by providing necessary details in conjunction with Product teams. - Quality Control:Evaluating sample collections against design standards and implementing necessary revisions to ensure consistency. - Industrialization:Overseeing product industrialization by monitoring production phases, implementing necessary adjustments, and promptly addressing any required modifications. Profile: - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Product Management or similar; - 7- 10 years previous experience in the industry; - Specific knowledge of Trims and Metal Hardware technical design; - Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint), ProJ, PLM and/or SAP; - Fluent English (both written and spoken); - Willing to business trip in Italy and abroad to visit subsidiaries and suppliers. _LORO PIANA _ MAISON: - Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s.
