Electrical Engineer:
To strengthen the internal structure of our Technical and Production Department at our HQ in Monza, we are looking for a candidate to join the Electrical and Instrumental Equipment Department, who will be responsible for the following activities:
a) During the development phase of new projects or revamping of existing plants:
Selection of process instrumentation and gas analysis systems in accordance with legislative requirements and corporate standards.
b) For all Italian/foreign plants and systems installed at customer sites:
Coordinating, in close contact with local technicians, the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for all issues related to analysis systems and process instrumentation installed at the Group’s production units (Italy/Abroad), intervening upon request in case of technical issues.
Defining periodic/predictive maintenance programs, coordinating with unit technicians, supporting them in spare parts management and sourcing from suppliers, and planning periodic service activities with external contractors.
Assisting the Group’s production units during inspections by regulatory bodies involving analysis systems; preparing data sheets for control, verification, and calibration procedures for gas analysis systems, keeping them updated based on regulatory developments and findings from inspections.
Planning upgrade/maintenance activities for instrumentation and installed systems to ensure long-term functionality and compliance with market needs and technological evolution.
c) Relationship management and training:
Managing technical training for our local technical staff.
Managing relationships with suppliers of instrumentation and analysis systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the field of process instrumentation and gas analysis systems.
Educational background with a specialization in Electrotechnics and/or Automation (a technical/scientific degree is considered a plus).
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second language such as French and/or German is a plus).
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
