Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.
Responsibilities
* The achievement of daily production programme with the highest level of safety, quality, costs and environment.
* Driving continuous improvement activities and ensuring the highest skill development.
* Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit and managing a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators for the segment of the production line.
* Responsible for all indicators in his/her production area: quality, safety, production, people, costs; monitoring, analyzing, defining efficiency strategies, including deployment to team leaders and continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers, etc.).
* Working from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm or from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.
* Willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical – Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering).
* 1 to 2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
* Analytical approach.
* Excellent teamwork orientation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Sense of responsibility.
* Ability to learn and to work under pressure.
* Sense of initiative.
* Technical knowledge of production assembly and machining processes and products.
* Good leadership skills.
