In this role, you will lead the development of sales strategies for spare parts and accessories within the importers in certain countries across the EMEA region. Your primary goal is to ensure that HIAB's business objectives are met, while maintaining compliance with regulations and expanding into new markets.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a business discipline and several years of experience in services roles, preferably in commercial and/or operations experience in this or related industry. Proficiency in managing relationships with key clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and negotiating contracts is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and financial acumen are required.

* Developing and reviewing commercial routes to market and adjusting necessary

* Accountability for global HiPerform attachment rate

* Global performance management with major dealers and key accounts

* Continuously monitoring service delivery network performance and optimizing it for efficiency and effectiveness

* Integrating and developing key tools and dashboards for objective management decisions and strategic planning

* Training and communicating credibility around installed base data and increasing awareness on parts sales opportunities
">
* Leveraging opportunities for parts sales through e-commerce, connectivity, and digital data leads
">
* Supporting the development of customer value propositions for Hiab's HiPerform portfolio

* Penetrating new key accounts or segments by leveraging existing networks or establishing new ones

* Supporting dealer conferences and training events

This position requires a customer-oriented person with strong analytical skills, who can work proactively and self-drivenly. Experience working in an international corporate environment and using CRM tools is advantageous.
