This is a strategic role for a forward-thinking executive ready to establish a strong market presence and scale a high-impact B2B logistics business across industrial and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop local operations, ensuring alignment with WR Logistics global standards Design and execute a strategic business plan tailored to the Italian market Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team Cultivate partnerships with leading industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure companies Oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, and compliance Represent WR Logistics in Italy with strong industry presence and stakeholder trust Proven executive leadership experience (5 years) in project logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management Expertise in managing large-scale logistics projects, including equipment transport and industrial deliveries Knowledge of the Italian logistics market, with experience in both domestic and international transportation routes Strong B2B commercial skills, including business development and negotiation with industrial clients Financial and strategic acumen (budgeting, cash flow, P&L management) Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver results quickly Ethical, self-driven, and ready to act independently with accountability Industry network preferred in: Manufacturing and engineering industries Automotive and industrial production Energy, renewables, and infrastructure projects Mining, metals, and heavy equipment transportation Food, retail, and consumer goods supply chain If you are ready to take ownership of scaling WR Logistics in Italy and drive sustainable growth in a highly competitive market, we want to hear from you.
