About the Role
Join a world-class construction project as an EHS Manager, where you’ll lead on-site health, safety, and environmental operations. This position plays a critical role in advising the construction team, implementing EHS management systems, and ensuring full compliance across all project phases. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external regulatory agencies to uphold the highest standards of site safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with the EHS management system.
Provide expert advice to project management on all EHS-related matters.
Conduct daily inspections and take corrective action on unsafe conditions.
Oversee EHS training, site inductions, and risk control initiatives.
Liaise with client EHS teams, subcontractors, and enforcement agencies.
Monitor EHS performance metrics and lead incident investigations.
Ensure site-wide adherence to local and company-specific safety regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example at all levels.
Support continuous improvement through audits, lessons learned, and KPI tracking.
Requirements
10+ years of EHS experience in major construction or manufacturing projects.
Strong leadership in implementing EHS systems, impact prevention, and environmental programs.
Knowledge of safety risk assessments, accident investigations, and local EHS regulations.
Proven ability to work in high-performance teams across disciplines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
