BACK OFFICE & SECRETARY – COSMETICS INDUSTRY

Milo Milano Srl, a company operating in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a Commercial Back Office & Secretary to provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and organizational support to the office and daily business activities.
Responsibilities:

- handling incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, correspondence)
- managing calendars, meetings, and internal and external communications
- coordinating follow-ups after meetings and agreed actions
- carrying out commercial back office and secretarial activities
- providing administrative support to the sales team
- preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- filing and archiving documents and overseeing proper information flow
- coordinating office suppliers and services (office maintenance, cleaning, servicing, security)
- organizing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and shared spaces
- ordering office supplies and overseeing office equipment
- monitoring contracts, deadlines, and related documentation
- receiving and sending courier xlwpduy shipments
- collaborating with internal departments and the international headquarters
Requirements:

- Knowledge of Polish is considered a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- strong organizational skills, accuracy, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
