We are currently recruiting an HR expert to handle complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle in multiple European countries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all aspects of employee management, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
2. Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Provide daily consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
4. Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Data-driven approach to improve response times and employee experience.
* Strong service mindset and ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
Interview Process
* Preliminary screening: HR communication.
* First-round interview: Video interview with the department head to assess suitability.
* Final-round interview: Video interview with the company's CEO about the position and career development.
