JOB OVERVIEW:
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in various Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement and monitor a variety of human resource policies and programs on a site, country or regional level in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, and/or organizational development and training.
Temporary Contract of 10 months
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Focused on providing HR professional services to a client group of managers and employees
2. Partners with management to develop and maintain employee relationships to create a respectful working environment for the site/country through communication, performance management, and processing grievances and/or disputes.
3. Supports local works council consultation / industrial relations
4. Advises line managers on personnel procedures and precedents.
5. Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management
6. Investigates and drafts grievance replies.
7. Participates in the recruitment process
8. Applies the Continuous Improvement principles and tools to improve HR processes and services
9. With guidance, interprets and communicates company policies and ensures legal compliance.
10. HR budgeting and workforce planning: taking part to the HR budgeting process, monitoring the availability of the resources according to the strategic planning (workforce planning) of the Group
11. Internal Communication: promoting and implementing internal communication
12. Supporting organizational effectiveness and change management in partnership with the management
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
13. Master’s degree
14. 3+ years of HR experience within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
15. Strong ability to prioritise and to meet your deadlines,
16. Previous experience in collaborating with a works council
17. Solid knowledge of Italian labour laws
18. Flexible and proactive
19. Fluent command of Italian and English
20. Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships and communication, demonstrable ability to positively persuade and influence
21. Proven affinity for working in large-scale workforce management: able to provide meaningful, educational counselling to managers
22. Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies would be highly appreciated
