Finance DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA We are lookinf for Finance manager southern europe for an important luxury maison South Europe retail zone is based in Milan, and covers retail operations for all the stores in 8 countries: Directly reporting to the Finance Director / CFO, the Finance Manager will have a key role, is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function, as well as strategic coordination with the different departments of the organization. Finance Manager will have 2 controllers its direct responsibility and will supervise the relation with the different accounting back offices in the 8 countries of the zone. Accounting and Treasury Perform regular ad hoc analysis and audits of balance sheet Review statutory accounts, and participate to the annual audit Monitor the day-to-day financial operations Review tax returns and statutory compliance requirements Review and validate payments throughout the week: external suppliers, payroll, taxes, and intercompany Controlling Closely monitor costs evolution Elaborate store business plans for store openings or store renovations Master's degree qualified in business or finance, with strong accounting skills (IFRS in particular) Commercial and business awareness. Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is a must A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
