With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the m ost unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection). /liliFacilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team. /liliSupport Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy. /liliMonitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results. /liliCoordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.). /liliManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies. /liliImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments. /liliTrain new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers. /liliInteract trustfully openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
