The role:
The Customer Success Manager role is dynamic and people-focused, providing an opportunity to significantly impact our customers' journey with URP. The candidate will empower customers to achieve their goals, contributing directly to the company's growth. We seek talented, open-minded individuals who enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with onboarding, training, and regular check-ins within URP.
* Create and update project plans to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain communication with customers and internal teams for seamless workflows.
* Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
* Share updates on trends, features, or project-related news.
* Address customer questions and challenges effectively.
* Prepare materials and take proactive steps to keep projects on track.
* Gather customer feedback through surveys and sessions.
* Keep systems and databases current for efficient project management.
* Seek continuous improvements in internal processes.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, and Attack Surface Management.
* Experience in client/account management in a B2B environment.
* Experience in a CSM role is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, including technical English proficiency.
* Experience managing customer experience development projects.
* Native Italian speaker with advanced English skills.
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
* Familiarity with service-desk systems.
