Join us and become a real _Heidelmate!_ For our team we are looking for: CREDIT CONTROL AND TREASURY SPECIALIST “Heidelberg Materials Devnya” is part of Heidelberg Materials - a leader in the cement industry worldwide and the largest cement producer in Bulgaria with a leading position in the domestic market but also the main cement exporter. Your Tasks: - Monitoring account receivables of the company assess and execute appropriate actions to secure payment, aligned with Credit Manager for certain cases;- Monitoring and review credit limits, days of deferred payment for customers - annually or on ad-hoc bases;- Assess financials of customer requesting credit limits, legal data, etc.;- Resolve AR inquiries, including account status and payment terms;- Maintain Credit master data in ERP system;- Prepare additional analysis, reports or calculations, given by Credit Manager;- Analyze data to identify improvements to the collection strategy;- In case of absence, replace Treasury specialist by preparing & executing mass or individual payments to suppliers via e-banking; Our requirements: - University degree in Finance, Economy or related field;- At least 3 years of related work experience;- Experience using ERP systems, accounting software (preferably SAP- HCP, PR0 or S/4HANA);- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
