Job Title: Cost Controller
Location: Venice / Milano, Italy (projects across Milano, Verona & Venice)

About the Role:
We are currently supporting a leading multinational Project Management Consultancy in the search for a Cost Controller to join their team in Italy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-end hospitality projects, with a particular focus on the renovation and restoration of heritage buildings, ensuring effective cost management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures
•Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses
•Support procurement and contract administration activities
•Identify potential cost risks and recommend mitigation strategies
•Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams
•Ensure compliance with internal cost control procedures
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Cost Controller within a PMC or similar environment
•Strong background in hospitality projects, ideally involving heritage building renovation/restoration
•Solid experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Experience working in Italy is preferred
•Flexibility to travel and work across Milano, Verona, and Venice
