About this opportunity
Mission
Reporting to the Finished Goods warehouse/shipping Manager, the Warehouse/Shipping officer supports the warehouse/shipping Manager in stock management and organization, transport and warehousing activities of finished goods for customers and also for other companies of the Group in order to ensure the good flow of the products out of warehouse reaching on time deliveries.
Main challenges & complexity
1. High flexibility and willingness to adapt customer’s needs to suppliers’ requests.
2. Fast problem solving and organization skills when the customer requires a urgent delivery.
3. Ability to handle with customers and suppliers in a clear and efficient way.
4. Understand the importance of an efficient stock management in order to use the warehouse area at its best.
Main Responsibilities
1. Organize and manage national and international shippings of finished goods, components and tinplate.
2. Manage all documentation needed for international and national shipping by contacting and organizing the travel with internal and, if needed, external service transport companies.
3. Receive orders on JDE for new cans packaging and for cans packaging returned from customers.
5. Manage and monitor all activities with “sell building” program registering costs of transport and stock management of finished goods.
6. Manage platforms, frames and interlayers shipping.
7. Efficiently communicate with suppliers and customers in order to organize the work as its best.
8. Work in total respect of environmental, health & safety rules.

Education:
High school diploma or master degree
Previous working experience of 2 years as warehouse officer in a complex production warehouse in a fast moving environment.
