If the answer is yes, we are looking forward to hearing from you.Main responsibilitiesDesign, implement, optimise and deploy ETL pipelines in productionMonitor and maintain existing ETL procedures in the data platformMonitor data quality within company data warehouse and discover potential issuesCollaborate on maintenance and evolution of Moneyfarm's data modelsCollaborate with data analysts and product teams to understand data requirements, and implement data transformations and aggregations to support analyses and modellingCollaborate with Platform Engineers to develop and improve data platform and workflow scalabilityCollaborate with Data Scientists to deploy and maintain machine learning modelsContribute to the documentation of data processes, architecture, and guidelines for the wider teamRequirementsApproximately 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data engineering rolesBSc or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplinePrevious experience in fintech, wealth management is requiredSignificant skills and exposure in ETL design, implementation and maintenanceStrong proficiency in SQL, experience with Python, exposure to DBT considered a plusExperience with AWS cloud computing services (Redshift, S3), GCP or similarExperience with Apache Airflow or similar is a plusAbility to merge the multiple requirements of data projects into robust future-proof solutionsExcellent written and verbal communications skills, including with non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple prioritiesFluency in English is essential (most stakeholders are UK based)Location: This role can be based in our offices in Milan, London or Cagliari. Our lavoro da remoto policy requires 2 days in-office presence per week.
