Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will lead SAP FI/CO-driven finance transformation initiatives and shape automation roadmaps for global finance operations. You will collaborate with Process Owners, Shared Services, and local teams to design integrated Finance solutions and drive end-to-end improvements. You’ll manage fit-to-standard workshops, coordinate IT and partner workstreams, and ensure smooth deployment with strong controls and audit readiness. The opportunity centers on modernizing finance through automation, AI/ML use cases, and digital workflows while mentoring the team and contributing to global standards. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliAnalyze requirements and design target finance processes with global and local finance teams, defining SAP FI/CO solution and automation roadmap /liliLead Fit‑to‑Standard / Fit‑Gap workshops to identify automation opportunities across core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order‑to‑Cash, Purchase‑to‑Pay, Controlling) /liliOwn SAP Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) solution design and configuration, ensuring integration with adjacent SAP modules and external platforms /liliDrive automation and digital finance initiatives using workflow tools, RPA, OCR/e‑invoicing, reconciliation automation, and AI/ML use cases /liliManage projects and workstreams end‑to‑end, coordinating IT teams, external partners, and system integrators /liliEnsure testing excellence and deployment readiness (SIT/UAT, cutover, go‑live, hypercare) with emphasis on stability, controls, and audit compliance /liliProvide ongoing support and continuous improvement, mentoring team members and contributing to global templates and standards /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field /liliSAP certifications and project management credentials are advantageous /liliExperience: 10-15 years in SAP Finance Controlling with multiple end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ideally including S/4HANA transformations /liliAutomation Innovation Expertise: hands‑on experience with workflow orchestration, RPA, e‑invoicing, reconciliation automation, closing acceleration, and touchless processing /liliAI / ML Expertise: familiarity with finance use cases such as predictive accounting, anomaly detection, intelligent matching, forecasting, and exception handling /liliProcess Controls Knowledge: strong internal controls and compliance mindset /liliCommunication Stakeholder Management: strong consulting‑level communication with senior business and IT /liliLanguage Skills: Fluent in English; Italian desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
